We offer daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly (available on selected waste service) collections, depends on your needs. Our average customer has one collection per week.
This very much depends on the amount and type of waste that you produce. We offer a wide range of bins, and our expert staffs will work with you to determine the right size bin to suite your needs. You can always change the bin size at later date if necessary. Please visit our bins page to know about the bin sizes we offer.
Normally the collections can occur at any time during the day.
If your bin is normally located inside the locked area or wherever its normal location our drivers go to the bins location to empty the bins, you no need to push the bins out for collection.

Please let us know straight away if anything happens to your bin. You will be liable to replace your bin.
